This residence is for a family In Mexico who is in charge of a children’s home for boys and girls without a family. It displays a traditional theme that reflects the culture of Matamaros, Mexico. The focal point of the home is the open concept living/kitchen/dining room that illustrates the importance of family. Overall, the house is of moderate size and taste to complete  its function of hospitality. This community oriented design is built with materials indigenous to the area accented with natural colors as well as plant life to complete the functional, yet welcoming atmosphere.
