This home qualifies as a "tiny home" and includes a modest floorplan containing two bedrooms, a bathroom, and kitchen, living, and dining areas. The floorplan was created utilizing a computer aided drafting program to provide clean lines and easy revisions.
These construction documents reference the floorplan through their enlarged callouts of each featured room. This allows for detailed areas to be illustrated to clients. Specifically, this client had focal points in the dining room and bedroom as shown below.
